Christmas Returns

We offer a full 30 Day Money Back guarantee which will cover any gift returns for orders made from 10th December onwards PLUS for all orders placed between 20th Nov to 9th Dec will have an extended Money Back guarantee to 10th Jan 2010 (for full details of our returns policy see the returns policy below)

Remember that all our delivery times quoted are working days so allow for bank holidays.

Please Note

The deadline for us to guarantee next working day despatch is 6pm. Next Working Day and 48hr delivery to Scotland, Isle of Man, and Isle of Wight will take an extra 24 hours.

Parcels are delivered between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and require a signature.

All orders ordered after 6pm Thursday will be sent the following Monday.

The Budget delivery option is sent via 2nd class Royal Mail and cannot be chased with the post office until 3 weeks after posting. If you require your goods by a certain day we recommend using one of our guaranteed services.

Boardrider Stuff Ltd reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods, return unused, with any original tags attached and in a resaleable condition, within 30 days for a full refund or exchange on goods.

No refund can be given if goods are returned more than 30 days after invoice date. We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statuory rights. Please note in the case of wetsuits, rashvests and other items where it states colours may vary, we do not pay for carriage to return items because the colour is not suitable with certain products. i.e wetsuits, rashvests, boards etc

Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore recommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items. On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

How To Return

  1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.
  2. Email: sales@boardriderstuff.com and we will send you a Returns Reference Number.
  3. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging to Boardrider Stuff Ltd Returns, 4 Heather Close, Taunt, Somerset, TA1 3XJ. Remember obtain proof of postage from the carrier. We will then dispatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your returns are received.
